Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many options are available for accommodation, and the following information is offered for guidance only.<\/p>\n

A limited number of rooms are available at the Quality Hotel,\u00a0and the Business Inn at reduced rates for those participating in the CAAS conference.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Quality Hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located at\u00a0290 Rideau Street, within walking distance (three blocks) to the Byward\u00a0Market.\u00a0There is an April 9th<\/sup>, 2013\u00a0deadline for booking: after that date, rates cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Rates are \u00a0<\/strong>$109.00\/night, plus 13% HST for rooms with\u00a0one\u00a0Queen bed and a pullout sofa. There is complimentary high speed wireless Internet (the fastest in the city), simmons Pillow Top mattresses in every room, spacious rooms featuring one Queen sized bed and a pullout couch, or two Double beds, large work desk in every room equipped with a\u00a0high-backed leather\u00a0executive chair, family friendly on site restaurant Don Cherry’s, new 32″ LCD Flat Screen High Definition televisions in every room, and complimentary local calls and daily newspapers as well as in room tea or coffee. Parking is\u00a0<\/strong>$16.00\/24 hours; unlimited in\/out privileges.<\/p>\n

The Business Inn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located at 180 MacLaren Street, in the centretown area of Ottawa. There is a April 19thth<\/sup> deadline for booking: after that date, CAAS rates will no longer \u00a0be available.<\/p>\n

The CAAS rates are $119 per night, plus taxes (based on single\u00a0\u00a0or double occupancy) for Executive suites. Executive suites offer a large,\u00a0\u00a0open-concept living space with beautiful furnishings, a plush\u00a0pillow top Queen bed as well as a queen size sofabed in the living\u00a0area. This suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, computer and \u00a0printer with complimentary WIFI wireless high speed internet access.
