It aims to provide a tool for practitioners in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IAS was recognized for its ongoing research co-led by Professors Doris Buss and Blair Rutherford concerning <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/africanstudies\/research\/artisanal-mining-and-gender-in-sub-saharan-africa-exploitation-miniere-artisanale-et-le-genre\/\">gender and ASM in sub-Saharan Africa<\/a> involving Carleton, other Canadian and African researcher and partners.
