George is a recent recipient of the Joseph Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship and will continue to explore the experiences of African, Caribbean, and Black women in Canada during her doctoral research. History isn\u2019t only recorded in libraries and national conservatories \u2013 people too can be the archive.
