Butler III (1859- 1943) \u2013 two of the earliest known Black police officers in Canada. By awarding scholarships, A.B.L.E. assists Black and other racialized students in achieving their educational and career aspirations.<br \/>\nA.B.L.E. is committed to ensuring that the justice sector is reflective of all Canadians.
