IAS Faculty Win SSHRC Grant: The Institute of African Studies is pleased to announce that two of its faculty members are lead researchers on a recently announced SSHRC Insight Grant. The grant is for a 5 year project titled \u201cWomen\u2019s Livelihoods in Artisanal Mining Sectors: Rethinking State-Building in Conflict-Affected Africa\u201d.
