The Office of the Associate Vice President Indigenous Teaching, Learning and Research and the \u0100nako Indigenous Research Institute invite all Indigenous Faculty and students to an afternoon of food, door prizes and laughter with Got Land? comedian, Janelle Niles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Janelle Niles is a Two-Spirit, Black, Mi\u2019kmaq from Sipekne’katik, Nova Scotia. Janelle has performed with Just For Laughs Toronto\u00a0 with Got Land?, Indigenous comedy show and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. She appeared on Family Feud Canada representing Truro, Nova Scotia and on CTV\u2019s brand new game show Battle of the Generations. She has also made appearances on APTN\u2019s Michif Country Season 3, Indigenous Day Live and has a documentary on CBC GEM & Crave Called Janelle Niles: Inconvenient. Janelle hopes to perform one day in New York City. Her humour is described as eccentric yet captivating.<\/p>\n
