Animal Ethics and Biohazards is responsible and accountable for the implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing research work requiring approval by the Animal Care Committee or the Biohazards Committee. Carleton University endorses the principles cited in the Tri-Council Agreement, and has mandated that funded research be in compliance with that document.
