After my undergraduate, I gained some practical experiences in structural engineering industry\u00a0in Bangladesh. From my undergraduate study in NIT, India, I published a review paper on the performance of anti-strip additives in asphalt binder. I always had a dream to obtain a higher education abroad and this led me to join Memorial University to pursue my master&#8217;s degree. \u00a0Currently, I am focusing to understand pavement asset management models of Canada.<\/p>\n<p><b>Educations<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M.
