Registration is now open for the tour of the “Diefenbunker,” a Cold War-era bunker designed to keep key government officials and offices safe and operating in the event of a nuclear attack. The bus will leave Carleton at 11:30 am and return at 2:30pm.

Please register with Caroline Karasiuk (SP 423) no later than Friday, March 3rd and confirm your intention to register for the excursion by submitting your refundable deposit* of $20.00 (cash or cheque) and the completed ‘informed-consent-agreement’. Please make cheques payable to Carleton University. The deposit is held only as confirmation that you will attend the trip and the full amount will be returned to you after March 10th.

*If you wish to cancel your participation you can do so up to March 3 and your deposit will be returned. We will not return deposits for cancellations after March 3. Only those who attend the excursion to the Deifenbunker on March 10 will have their deposit returned.

There are 45 spots available and are first come, first serve.
