Tomorrow,  December 9, is the last day for academic withdrawal from fall term courses.

We would like to remind students who are receiving OSAP funding that changing your course load can impact your eligibility for future funding. OSAP ordinarily requires you to maintain a minimum full-time course load in all funded terms. For most undergraduate students, this minimum full-time course load is 1.5 credits per funded term; for students with permanent disabilities, it is 1.0 credit per funded term. Graduate students must be registered in the full-time stream of their program.

If you are thinking about reducing your course load below this minimum, we recommend that you speak with your Financial Aid Advisor. They can best advise you on how it may affect your funding going forward.

To reach your Financial Aid Advisor, you can send an email to, or call us at 613-520-3600.
