We are now accepting applications for our Prestige and Carleton Capital Scholarships for the 2018-19 academic year.

Prestige Scholarships

Our highest awards are our Prestige Scholarships:

  • 10 Chancellor’s Scholarships
  • 7 Richard Lewar Entrance Scholarships
  • 3 Carleton University Scholarships of Excellence
  • 2 Carleton University Shad Valley Scholarships of Excellence
  • 1 Riordon Scholarship
  • 1 Collins Prestige Scholarship.

To be considered for a Prestige Scholarship, you are entering Carleton for the first time from high school or CEGEP and have no previous attendance at post-secondary educational institutions (college or university).

To be eligible, you’ll need an admission average of 90 percent or better – the selection committee will also assess the range of your community or secondary school activities.

For a list of each Prestige Scholarship’s terms, visit our Prestige Scholarship page.

Carleton Capital Scholarships

Up to thirteen students will be selected annually, with one recipient for each province and territory, to receive a $2,000 award in their first year. To be considered, students must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons entering the first year of any undergraduate degree program and pursuing post-secondary studies for the first time. Students must also demonstrate participation in extra-curricular activities and a strong academic background (with a minimum admission average of 90%).

This scholarship may be awarded in addition to other Entrance or Prestige Scholarships.

Application Form

One application form is used for all Prestige Scholarships and Carleton Capital Scholarships.

Deadline

The deadline to apply is March 1, 2018.

      Hi Courage,

I’m guessing you will need an app that allows for filling in PDF forms. I believe Adobe as an app called “Fill and Sign”. You could try that.
