|March 6, 2018||11 a.m. – 12 p.m.|
|March 14, 2018||10 a.m. – 11 a.m.|
Workshops are drop-in, so no registration is required. You are, however, required to bring your student card or another piece of student ID when attending.
What’s in the workshop?
We’ve designed this workshop to provide you with an introduction to money management. Participants will learn the basics of student budgeting; from how to manage your lump-sum money (e.g. OSAP, Scholarships) to tracking expenses, and prioritizing needs over wants. Worksheets are provided and participants will have time to work on their own budget. Finally, all participants will have a chance to share their favourite money-saving tips.
More Skill Development Workshops
CSAS hosts skill development workshops on a variety of topics.
If you’re part of the Incentive Program, these workshops, including the Budgeting 101 workshop, will count for credit (unless otherwise stated by your Professor).
