Undergraduate Award for Indigenous students in Indigenous and Canadian

Value $1,000. Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Director of the School of Indigenous and Canadian Studies to an outstanding Indigenous student proceeding from one year to another in an undergraduate program within the School of Indigenous and Canadian Studies. Preference will be given to a student in the Combined Honours in Indigenous Studies program with consideration given to those students taking a minor in the program. Application is required. Established in 2020 by faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends of the School.

• No application is required for this scholarship. At the end of each academic year, the English Department will nominate or recommend outstanding students as potential recipients.
