{"id":290,"date":"2017-11-20T14:08:12","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T19:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/barrylab\/?page_id=290"},"modified":"2021-11-01T15:09:33","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T19:09:33","slug":"sean-barry","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/barrylab\/sean-barry\/","title":{"rendered":"Se\u00e1n Barry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>About Se\u00e1n<\/h3>\n<p>I am a chemistry professor who was trained in synthetic chemistry by <a href=\"https:\/\/mysite.science.uottawa.ca\/darrin\/content\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Darrin Richeson at the University of Ottawa<\/a> (PhD) and then spent several years working with <a href=\"https:\/\/faculty.chemistry.harvard.edu\/gordon\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roy Gordon at Harvard<\/a> (PDRA), where I became interested in ALD.<\/p>\n<p>My interests are in the thermal mechanisms of decomposition and surface reactivity.
