The Student Registration Team<\/a> can help you with:<\/p>\n One of Janne\u2019s responsibilities as Associate Dean is advising BA Undeclared students. Janne\u2019s other responsibilities include overseeing Carleton\u2019s First-Year Seminar program<\/a>, and meeting high school students interested in attending Carleton. She works with instructors to develop First Year Seminar courses and advises students about how courses fit into their academic program. They are not only well informed of the benefits of pursuing a specific major, but they also have first-hand experience working with faculty, staff and students within a particular field of study, and are uniquely qualified to give advice to students considering a major within their department.
