The steps are as follows:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into Carleton Central<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Travel Registry<\/strong> under the Personal Information tab in the Main Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once in the Travel Registry function, select <strong>Add Travel Record<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Travel Information<\/strong> portion, enter in your departure and arrival dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Reason for my travel drop-down menu, select <strong>BGInS IER<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The six IER options will then appear in a new drop-down menu; select your chosen option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the remaining information in the <strong>Travel Contact Information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>submit<\/strong> once all information is entered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"required-documentation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once students have submitted their information in the Travel Registry, they are then able to upload required supporting documentation.<strong> Students will not be permitted to travel without complete and accurate submission of required documentation.<\/strong> It is not possible to upload the documentation prior to completing the Travel Registry. You will be redirected to the document upload page once you have submitted your travel record. Students registered in\u00a0 AFRI 3900 should consult the units offering these courses for information about how the course grade will be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students registered in GINS 3900 or GINS 3901 must consult with Prof. <a href=\"mailto:MarylynnSteckley@cunet.carleton.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marylynn Steckley<\/a> regarding the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">academic<\/span> content of their placement.&nbsp; The grade for their placement course will be assessed by the Instructor.
