The steps are as follows:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into Carleton Central<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Travel Registry<\/strong> under the Personal Information tab in the Main Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once in the Travel Registry function, select <strong>Add Travel Record<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Travel Information<\/strong> portion, enter in your departure and arrival dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Reason for my travel drop-down menu, select <strong>BGInS IER<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The six IER options will then appear in a new drop-down menu; select your chosen option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the remaining information in the <strong>Travel Contact Information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>submit<\/strong> once all information is entered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"required-documentation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once students have submitted their information in the Travel Registry, they are then able to upload required supporting documentation.<strong> Students will not be permitted to travel without complete and accurate submission of required documentation.<\/strong> It is not possible to upload the documentation prior to completing the Travel Registry. You will be redirected to the document upload page once you have submitted your travel record.
