Content will include PowerPoint presentations and self-guided learning activities for the training participants. Examples of similar training courses that have been delivered to the same cohort of participants will be provided as guidance. There are two positions available for this work and the two students are expected to collaborate on work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 10 hours per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 2 weeks starting September 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial award: $250 per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"opportunity-2-developing-gender-training-content-workplace-gbv-grievance-mechanisms\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunity 2 \u2013 Developing Gender Training Content (Workplace GBV Grievance Mechanisms)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student will research and develop ideas for the content of an online train-the trainer course in supporting businesses to develop a workers\u2019 grievance mechanism that is suitable for managing reports of workplace gender-based violence (e.g., sexual harassment). Content will include PowerPoint presentations and self-guided learning activities for the training participants. Examples of similar training courses that have been delivered to a similar cohort of participants will be provided as guidance. There are two positions available for this work and the two students are expected to collaborate on work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 15 hours per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 4 weeks starting September 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial award: $375 per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"opportunity-3-developing-gender-training-content-workplace-gbv-me-framework\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunity 3 \u2013 Developing Gender Training Content (Workplace GBV M&amp;E Framework)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student will research and develop ideas for the content of an online train-the trainer course in supporting businesses to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for GBV prevention and initiatives. Content will include PowerPoint presentations and self-guided learning activities for the training participants. Examples of similar training courses that have been delivered to a similar cohort of participants will be provided as guidance. There are two positions available for this work and the two students are expected to collaborate on work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 15 hours per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 4 weeks starting September 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial award: $375 per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"opportunity-4-developing-a-gender-diagnostic-tool\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunity 4 \u2013 Developing a Gender Diagnostic Tool<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student will help develop a gender diagnostic tool that can be used assess if a company is meeting a range of gender requirements as part of its social risk management. The tool will be developed from existing content. Some new content may need to be brainstormed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 10 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 3 weeks starting September 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial award: $250<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"opportunity-5-developing-gender-training-content-communicating-gbv-in-business\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunity 5 \u2013 Developing Gender Training Content (Communicating GBV in Business)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student will develop ideas for how to engage business managers in discussions about gender-based violence in different cultural contexts. The student will be provided with a list of specific barriers or issues to consider, and will be expected to research existing responses that have shown to work. Examples of similar training courses that have been delivered to a similar cohort of participants will be provided as guidance. There are two positions available for this work and the two students are expected to work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 10 hours per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 3 weeks starting September 27<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial award: $250 per student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"opportunity-6-writing-a-business-case-study\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunity 6 \u2013 Writing a Business Case Study<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Student will write the draft content for a case study that describes a specific business\u2019 efforts to address the risks of gender-based violence linked to its operations, including an overview of what the business has done to improve opportunities for women in its workforce. All relevant documentation will be provided for the student to review and draw from. Examples of previously written case studies will also be provided as guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected time commitment: 10 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected timeframe: 3 weeks starting November
