Please register in advance using the form below in order to receive copies of discussion papers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mega-events are increasingly sites of transnational flows of capital that radically reconfigure notions of the public. This paper explores the role of various campaigns from the state and the market engaged in the mediation of a public in Rio de Janeiro in the face of these changes.
