One of the main things that brought me to the College in the first place was the interdisciplinary nature of the program. While I ended up double-majoring in history, I loved being able to make connections to ideas in disciplines like politics, literature, religion and art history with my hums courses. Aside from course content, the shared spaces and small class sizes are what made the learning experience so incredible because you get a chance to talk to people one-on-one and there is a sense that your thoughts have importance.<\/p>\n
I will really miss the people who I met and got to know during my degree! I will miss the experience of having a group of equally nerdy people around who I could see almost every day.<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t pick one, so my top three in no particular order are The Tempest<\/em> by Shakespeare, The Human Condition<\/em> by Hannah Arendt and Petrarch\u2019s Canzoniere<\/em>.<\/p>\n I will be creating illustrations for Professor Dolansky\u2019s W.O.A.W (Women of the Ancient World) research project.
