SUMMARY:Faculty of Science Undergraduate Research Day
DESCRIPTION:It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the 11th annual Faculty of Science Undergraduate Research Day. This event is organized to recognize and showcase the excellent thesis work of our undergraduates.



At Carleton we recognize that research done by our undergraduates is vitally important to Carleton’s success as a research intensive institution. The many of the projects you will see today will contribute data and ideas to scientific publications and/or presentations at conferences in Canada and around the world.



Opportunities to work in research labs and with our faculty and staff give our graduates the background and skills required for a broad range of careers and graduate programs. We hope you will enjoy the poster presentations prepared by students in the departments and institutes of Biology, Biochemistry, Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences and Integrated Sciences.



 



Location: Atrium, University Centre- 4th floor.

10:00 a.m. – 12:30p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy the posters. Presenters and Faculty will be happy to answer questions.
