More specifically, these include: (1) network analysis of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades in Arabidopsis response to biotic and abiotic stresses; (2) DNA damage and repair in disease resistance in Arabidopsis and wheat; (3) protein-protein interactions and structural analysis of signaling components in plant stress responses; (4) analysis of specific metabolic pathways in plant defense response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"selected-publications\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selected Publications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Xing T, Foroud NA. 2021.
