My aim is to foster strong connections with industry partners and startup companies across sectors such as medicine, health, food, industry, environment, marine, and agriculture. Additionally, I am keen on exploring the intersection of biotechnology and software, big data and AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am spearheading the graduate biotechnology program and innovation at Carleton to drive science innovation, equip students with the industry knowledge and credentials to excel in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"current-opportunities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Opportunities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Current work opportunities with me currently including volunteering positions networking with industry partners, setting up biotech startups and setting up the framework for science innovation at Carleton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"previous-research\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Previous Research<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My research interests are deeply rooted in my industry background, particularly in regenerative medicine, medical devices, medical scaffolds, neuroscience, and bio-hacking. During my Ph.D., I focused on inflammation, DNA damage, metabolism and neuroprotection.
