Participating units include Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Environmental and Interdisciplinary Science, and Neuroscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The series will be geared towards engaging, inspiring and informing a general sciences audience. Each session will include a 45-minute talk by a faculty member from a participating unit, followed by a lively discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All are welcome to join us on Friday, Sept. 20 for the first talk in this series, <a href=\"https:\/\/science.carleton.ca\/cu_event\/tomsherratt\/\"><em><strong>The Evolution of Ageing<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, presented by Prof. Tom Sherratt (Biology). The presentation will begin at 10 a.m. in Room 608, Robertson Hall.
