The RNA pull-down technique can provide information on binding affinities and help analyze the effects of modifications on these interactions. This research was part of a larger project in the group of Prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/biochem\/people\/kyle-biggar\/\">Kyle Biggar<\/a> (Institute of Biochemistry).
