Computational Biochemistry\/2023) has published research on a method to authenticate plant-based milk alternatives. This work was part of a larger project in the group of Prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/chemistry\/people\/yaxi-hu-july-2022\/\">Yaxi Hu<\/a> (Institute of Biochemistry).
