BIOL 1010 Biotechnology and Society Asynchronous. One 3 hour lecture per week.
BIOL 1103 Foundations of Biology I Blended course. Asynchronous lectures with Synchronous problem-solving sessions. Tests will take place during scheduled class time.
BIOL 1104 Foundations of Biology II Blended course. Asynchronous lectures. Tests will take place during scheduled class time. Asynchronous labs.

BIOL 2001 Animals: Form and Function Blended course.
BIOL 2002 Plants: Form and Function Class sessions will be held asynchronously. Office hours will be held on a weekly basis and synchronously. Participation in office hours is voluntary.

Labs will be held online and blended. While they will mostly asynchronous, some labs will be synchronous meetings taking place during the normally scheduled ‘lab’ section. Lab time commitment will approximately 4 hours / week (3 hour labs, with 1 hour prep time).
