The laboratory focuses on molecular mechanisms of plant disease resistance. We try to identify and manipulate key signal transduction pathways to enhance plant resistance to pathogen attacks. We are also interested in plant hormone and sugar signaling in plant growth and development. Functional genomics and proteomics approaches are applied for us to better understand the molecular mechanisms at the level of protein structures and at the level of network interactions.<\/p>\n
