This is deliberate.&nbsp; It is because scientific advances are most rapid at the interface of the disciplines.&nbsp; It is because environmental solutions demand a multifaceted view.&nbsp; It is because interdisciplinary training enhances our students&#8217; success in publishing, finding employment, and flourishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are supervised by faculty members from Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Resource Sciences, Forensic Sciences, Geography, and Psychology, as well as by scientists at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources &amp; Forestry, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Health Canada, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations.
