\n 14th Annual Ontario – Qu\u00e9bec Undergraduate Immunology Conference 2023 – Call for Abstracts\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

OQUIC<\/a> is a cross-provincial, 2-day symposium of undergraduate immunology research (FREE of charge for: food, accommodation, transportation). Students throughout Ontario and Qu\u00e9bec are hosted at the University of Toronto and allowed to present their research findings through a competitive oral presentation. In addition to students from the University of Toronto, former OQUIC participants include students of Western University, McGill University, Waterloo University, Queen\u2019s University, McMaster University, and Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al. OQUIC\u2019s 2-day schedule includes competitive presentations, keynote presentations from world-class immunology researchers, networking opportunities, and social mixers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date: May 6-7th, 2023<\/strong>
\nLocation: U of T St. George Myhal Centre (55 St George St)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We welcome students to submit an abstract (maximum: 250 words) outlining their research. Students with outstanding abstracts will be invited to participate in OQUIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility:
\n– applicants must be undergraduate students attending universities in Ontario and Quebec
\n– the topic of research presentation must be immunology-related
\n– the research data being presented shall not have been published at time of registration
\n– applicants must have obtained their supervisor’s approval to present the research<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Presentations typically consist of a ~10 min oral presentation (presenters typically use slides) followed by a ~5 min Q&A.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline to submit your abstract is Saturday, March 18th, 2023, at 11:59 pm EST<\/strong>.
