Applications are now open for the next cohort of the Environment and Climate Change Youth Council (ECCYC)! The Council provides meaningful opportunities for youth voices to be heard on environmental and climate issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Council will consist of up to 12 youth in Canada. Members will serve a two-year volunteer term and provide non-partisan advice on environment and climate issues to the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change and senior officials at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). Individuals from all regions, backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note this position is open to individuals who will be between 18-29 years of age by October 1, 2024. The deadline to apply is April 26, 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
