Members of the community are welcome to observe the open session which begins at 3 pm.&nbsp;Those interested in attending the open session in person are asked to email the University Secretary (<a href=\"mailto:amanda.goth@carleton.ca\">amanda.goth@carleton.ca<\/a>) by 4 pm on Nov. 28, 2018. <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/boardofgovernors\/boardofgovernors\/board-reporting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agendas and approved meeting minutes can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Due to fire and safety restrictions, seating in the room is limited, and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who email to reserve a seat in advance will receive an email by noon on the day of the Board meeting to confirm seating availability.
