You can use the preview feature to view how grades will be displayed to a specific student in your course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong> Previewing student grades is the most accurate way to view how a student will see their grades in D2L Brightspace. When you are viewing the course as a learner using “Role Switch,” the grades may not be up-to-date or accurately displayed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Preview Student Grades\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Log into Brightspace<\/a> with your MyCarletonOne<\/em> credentials.<\/li>\n
  2. On the\u00a0Brightspace<\/em>\u00a0homepage, locate your course in one of the following ways:\n
      \n
    • Select the course tile under the My Courses\u00a0<\/em>widget.<\/li>\n
    • Select the Course Selector Grid\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/i>and select the course from the drop-down menu. If you are enrolled in more than 20 courses, you can search for the course name using the search bar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • In the navbar, select Progress<\/strong>.

    • In the drop-down menu, select Grades.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Go to the Enter Grades<\/strong> tab.

    • Locate the student whose grades you want to preview, then select the arrow<\/strong> \"\"next to their name.<\/li>\n
    • In the drop-down menu, select Preview<\/strong>.

    • A new window will open displaying a preview of how the selected student will view their grades.
