Cognitive Aspects of Situational Awareness and Workload<\/h2>\n

CACR members played a major role in the DND (Canada) Tactical Aviation Mission System Simulation (TAMSS) project to develop qualitative and quantitative measures and models of situational awareness. This research involved assessing situational awareness and performance in individuals and in crew\/team contexts using distributed simulation. Industry teaming includes the HFE Group (Ottawa) and CMC Electronics.<\/p>\n
