For information on accessible permit parking, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/parking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parking Services<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"cu-column-content\">\n    \n\n<h3 id=\"exterior-entrance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exterior Entrance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5 accessible entrances lead to level 2 (ground-level). The entrance near residences features larger doors and large vestibule. The other 4 accessible entrances are located at links between blocks, closer to the courtyard.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"cu-column-content\">\n    \n\n<h3 id=\"interior-entrances\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interior Entrances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Two tunnel entrances to level 1 (basement), but only one is accessible. The entrance from tunnel B (green) is accessible (door opener, elevator), but the entrance from tunnel A (grey) leads to stairs. Links to <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campus\/buildings\/the-minto-centre\/\">Minto CASE<\/a> on levels 2-4, with door openers on levels 2 and 4 only. Bridges on levels 3 (ramp and door opener) and level 4 (door opener) link to <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campus\/buildings\/architecture-building\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Architecture Building<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"washrooms\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Washrooms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessible stalls in multi-stall washrooms on levels 2-4 (door openers). Accessible universal washrooms on levels 2, 3, and 5 (door openers). Washrooms are located near building links in blocks B, C, and D, and in ECD block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"telephones\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Telephones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Student phones available in rooms 283 and 295. Pay phones at basement level are inaccessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"study-areas\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Study Areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are various accessible resource centres and study areas throughout the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"food-beverages\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food\/Beverages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Closest cafeteria\/lounge facilities located in the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campus\/buildings\/nideyinan\/\">Nideyin\u00e0n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"remarks-hints\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remarks\/Hints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use catwalk structure adjacent to the School of Industrial Design for quick, easy access to the School of Architecture. The catwalk from level 2 in Mackenzie Building (Block A) is accessible to level 4 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campus\/buildings\/architecture-building\/\">Architecture Building<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"cu-column-content\">\n    \n\n<h3 id=\"elevators\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elevators<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3 elevators. The elevator in the EDC block serves levels 2-4 and features tactile and braille buttons, and an audible announcement system (voice and beeps). The elevator between blocks A and B serves levels 1-4. It features tactile and braille buttons, an audible announcement system (beeps), and a mirror. The smaller elevator in block C serves levels 1-5, and features tactile and braille buttons, and an audible announcement system (beeps).
