Instead, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/visit-the-campus-card-office\/\">visit our office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/cu-faq\/why-cant-i-submit-a-photo-from-my-phone\/\">use a laptop or desktop<\/a> to access this service for best results.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Check our <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/get-your-card\/photo-requirements\/\">photo requirements<\/a>. Use a <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/cu-faq\/what-photo-file-types-are-acceptable\/\">JPG file type<\/a> for best results.<\/li>\n<li>Sign into the <a href=\"https:\/\/wcc.carleton.ca\/student\/photo_upload\/photo_upload.php\">Web Card Centre<\/a> with your <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/all-services\/accounts-and-passwords\/\">MyCarletonOne<\/a> credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;My Photo&#8221; and &#8220;Submit Photo&#8221; from the top menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<div class=\"\">\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a class=\"button__red button__red--solid\" href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/how-to-get-your-campus-card\/\" target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Detailed Instructions: Online Photo Submission<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3>Step 3: Check your photo status<\/h3>\n<p>Verify that your <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/web-card-centre\/add-notification-contact\/\">Web Card Centre notifications<\/a> are active\u00a0for photo uploads, and check your <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/all-services\/email\/carleton-student-email\/\">Carleton email<\/a> for updates. We will review your image within 3 business days. <strong>TIP<\/strong>: If you don&#8217;t know how to access your Carleton email, contact <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/contact\/\">Information Technology Services (ITS)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your photo was accepted<\/strong>, you will receive instructions for picking up your Campus Card in the email notification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your photo was <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/cu-faq\/my-photo-was-rejected-and-i-dont-understand-why\/\">rejected<\/a><\/strong>, you need to resubmit it following the same steps. Access the Web Card Centre to temporarily deactivate it now. This protects your information, should your card be found. To replace your lost or damaged Campus Card or U-Pass, please visit our office in person. Our staff will reissue your card, deactivating all card credentials. Please note that this process is irreversible. Should you find your old card, we will not be able to reactivate it, and we recommend that it be destroyed. There is a fee of $46 for a replacement Campus Card. You can choose to pay with debit or credit, otherwise have the fee charged to your Student Account.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"\">\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a class=\"button__red button__red--solid\" href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/loststolen-cards\/\" target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lost or Stolen Campus Cards<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"\">\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a class=\"button__red button__red--solid\" href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/visit-the-campus-card-office\" target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visit the Campus Card Office<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">New Staff and Faculty<\/h2>\n<p>You only need a Campus Card if you are using on-campus resources (Athletics, Library, door access to Residence or labs). We do NOT mail Campus Cards.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Check Your Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C<\/strong><b>heck your eligibility<\/b> using <a href=\"http:\/\/central.carleton.ca\">Carleton Central<\/a>. Select <em>Employee Services, <\/em>then <em>CampusCard Availability Check.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/cu-faq\/who-can-get-a-campus-card\/\">Not Eligible<\/a>? <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify that you have completed all documentation with <a href=\"https:\/\/i.carleton.ca\/hr\/new-employees\/campus-card\/\">Human Resources<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Not all staff and faculty are entitled to a Campus Card automatically (ex: casual staff members, contractors).
