This page will walk you through the detailed process to submit your photo for the Campus Card (student identification). If you have any questions about the process, please email campuscard@carleton.ca<\/a>. The Campus Card Office also provides you with your\u00a0transit card (U-Pass)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Help me submit my photo!<\/h3>\n

  1. Check our\u00a0photo requirements<\/a> to make sure you have an acceptable photo.<\/li>\n
  2. Sign into the Web Card Centre<\/a>\u00a0with your\u00a0MyCarletonOne<\/a> credentials. TIP<\/strong>: Use a laptop or desktop<\/a> for best results.<\/li>\n
  3. Select My Photo and Submit Photo to begin.\"Web<\/li>\n
  4. Select Upload Photo and choose a photo that meets the requirements (see Step 1). TIP<\/strong>: Use a JPG file<\/a> for best results. \"Web<\/li>\n
  5. Crop your photo (it will be square). TIP<\/strong>: Make sure you leave space around the sides and top of your head! Think of a passport photo or driver’s license.\"A<\/li>\n
  6. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions<\/a>, then Submit. Optional: preview your card (this is just an example).\u00a0TIP<\/strong>: you can’t submit until you select “I agree with the Terms and Conditions”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

(Tip: use a wall that is a solid, light colour!)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In full colour with no filters or unnatural editing.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In focus with no shadows, glare, or pixilation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>No other people or objects may be in the photo.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>No head covering or sunglasses. Any items that are worn daily for religious or medical purposes are allowed. Please email <a href=\"mailto:campuscard@carleton.ca\">campuscard@carleton.ca<\/a>\u00a0if you wear <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/cu-faq\/get-your-card-niqab-burka\/\">head coverings that also cover the face<\/a> daily for religious reasons.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nBy <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/campuscard\/get-your-card\/\">submitting a photo <\/a>to the Campus Card Office via the Web Card Centre, you are declaring the uploaded photo is a true depiction of your current personal image (taken within 6 months). Submission of a false image may result in a replacement fee for your Campus Card ($19) and \/ or U-Pass ($25). Using your MyCarletonOne login incorrectly or falsely identifying yourself may also result in <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/policies\/\">University policy infractions<\/a>. The Campus Card Office reserves the right to reject any photo not in compliance with our guidelines, up to and including at the point of card pickup.\r\n<h3>Unacceptable Photos<\/h3>\r\nStill not sure if your photo meets the requirements?
