In this lecture, <a title=\"John-Andrew McNeish\" href=\"http:\/\/www.umb.no\/noragric\/employees\/john.mcneish\" target=\"_blank\">Prof. John-Andrew McNeish<\/a> aims to reveal both the truth and the fiction of these now-widespread ideas.
