Canada and the European Union are in the process of negotiating a new air services agreement. This represents the first time in history that Canada has exited the post-Chicago Convention paradigm of binational negotiation and follows on from the conclusion and entry into force of a single text between E.U. Member States and the U.S.<\/p>\n
