Congratulations to Julia Mason,<\/strong> who completed a Major Research Paper entitled \u201cSettler Colonialism, Settler Activism, and Solidarity in the City of Peterborough\/Nogojiwanong<\/em>.\u201d In this paper, supervised by Dr. Julie Tomiak (Indigenous Studies-Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies), Julia studies the activities and archive of OPIRG Peterborough in order to explore the potential for primarily white settler-led activist organizations in small cities to decolonize alliances with Indigenous peoples.<\/p>\n
