Notice to all Carleton Capture users,
Capture will be upgraded on Thursday, April 27 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The video processing service will not be available for use during this time.
Please note that Mac users are required to update their software before recording any new content.
We recommend that all users should update their recorder software after the Capture upgrade.
To update your recorder software, visit: http://carleton.ca/kaltura/install/ and download the new software after Thursday at 1:00pm.
We regret any inconvenience that this service outage may cause. The upgrade is necessary to improve existing security vulnerabilities.
