Requests are prioritized based on the alignment of goals, strategy and staff availability. Our busiest times are September, November, January, March, May, and July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: the workshop requester or their designate must be present for the entire duration of the workshop(s) requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For requests outside of the classroom, the workshop requester is responsible for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communications and event promotions to ensure a minimum registration of 20 Carleton students and\/or recent alumni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate event registration and advise Career Services if registration is lower than the minimum (please note the workshop may be cancelled if there is a registration is lower than 20 registrants);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize appropriate technology and technology facilitation for workshop delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book suitable space for in-person events or set-up online platform (e.g. Zoom meeting).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact <a href=\"mailto:careeroncampus@carleton.ca\">careeroncampus@carleton.ca<\/a> with any questions or concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>If you do not receive an email confirmation immediately upon submission of this form, please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:careeroncampus@carleton.ca\">careeroncampus@carleton.ca<\/a>&nbsp;letting us the exact time you submitted the form.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"><em class=\"myprefix-text-italic\">Please note that workshop requests are now closed for Fall 2026.
