Go to\u00a0https:\/\/mysuccess.carleton.ca\/login\/employer.htm<\/a>\u00a0Enter your email ID and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Staff:<\/strong>\u00a0The initial password will be emailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have lost your current password, you will need to follow Forgot Password link on the login page:\u00a0https:\/\/mysuccess.carleton.ca\/login\/passwordhelp.htm<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

How to Login as a Student<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


When a student reports an issue and the admin needs to investigate, the admin can log in as the student to view their perspective. This allows the administrator to understand the problem from the student\u2019s point of view.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search for the student with their name or number<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you type, it will search and display a list of possible accounts\/students. Click on the appropriate student<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A window will appear asking which type of record you would like to open for that student, choose Login as this User<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, if you are already viewing a student record, there is a Login As this User button below their name <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you’re finished with this view, click the red Log Back In button in the upper left<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
