Navigate to the School of Social Work <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cview\u201d on the course of choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cStudent Profile(s) to Approve.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go through the questionnaire and approve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will get a confirmation <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The below message will be displayed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Course via the dashboard and click on \u201dPending Enrollments.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"course<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A list of students is displayed. The list shows the status of the student in the course<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"student<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Workflow in the student profile is all gray, meaning they will not be able to fill out the Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"workflow\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Click on the action button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"action<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cStatus in the course\u201d and click on \u201cChange to Active.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the Student will be able to access the workflow and start the Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
