How to Approve Questionnaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two primary methods of data collection: questionnaires and forms. The focus of this guide is specifically on the procedures for effectively managing and evaluating questionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to approve the questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Dashboard, Click \u201cSchool of Social Work.\u201d<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cCourses\/Programs.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cQuestionnaire to Approve.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the student Profile<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Alternate Ways of Approving Questionnaires: Student Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cView Form.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on Action (three dots)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cApprove.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The message will be displayed after it is successfully approved.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cBack to Enrolled Student.\u201dThe message is displayed on the admin view that the form is approved by XXX-on-XXX date<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
