To decline a questionnaire, follow the instructions below. The instructions are the same for any other questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to Student Profile<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the student profile and click on the \u201cApplication\u201d button.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cView Questionnaire Answers.\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cActions\u201d button at the bottom right corner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cDecline\u201d button. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A message will be displayed <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"declined\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The administrator can view the status changed to resubmit, the timestamp, and who denied the form.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A student can only see the form that needs to be resubmitted, but you won\u2019t be able to see who denied it or any other data.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
