Approve\/Edit Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.  Navigate to Dashboard and click on the forms you want to approve<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Approve forms either directly from this page or by navigating to the student profile through the View option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on the Form you want to edit\/approve<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click on the \u201cAction Button\u201d and click \u201cEdit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Choose the Form to be Approved\/Edited<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Choose the Status from the drop-down or Edit the form if necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. The status will be approved as shown in the image below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Deleting Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the student Record<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click on the Action Button and Click Delete<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Choose the form you want to delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Deleting individual forms is possible.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deleting the Placement Form\/Experiential Record Detail will delete all associated forms.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
