Bio<\/td>\nLauren Wheeler is a Program Lead with the Alberta Museums Association and is responsible for the Recognized Museum Program, Leadership Awards Program, Museum Visitor Experience Program, and liaising with regional museum networks. Prior to this she was the project assistant for the exhibition \u201cChop Suey on the Prairies\u201d at the Royal Alberta Museum, and exhibit coordinator for \u201cSam Steele: Journey of a Canadian Hero\u201d put on by the Bruce Peel Special Collections Library, contract researcher for the Canadian Circumpolar Institution, and spent a number of summers on the interpretation team at the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. Her public history internship was with Dr. Leighann Neilson of the Sprott Business School for a study of website usability with genealogists and family historians. She also writes for Active History<\/a> and maintain a mostly environmental and public history blog<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
