\"\"Designing Domestic Dining<\/strong><\/a> explores the intersections of food, memory, interior spaces, and domestic technology for Anatolian communities in Canada.<\/p>\n

It was supported by a Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) Partnership Engage grant, a SSHRC Exchange grant, the Internship-Carleton University Research Experience for Undergraduate Students (I-CUREUS) program, and the Carleton Centre for Public History. Our highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team was comprised of students and faculty from Carleton University, Algonquin College, as well as curators from Ingenium: Canada Science and Technology Museum.<\/p>\n

Recipes<\/strong><\/a> – recipes from each of the Designing Domestic Dining hosts<\/a><\/p>\n

Educational Recipes<\/strong><\/a> – Intended for teachers who want to bring some of the research methods from this project into the classroom. Linked are 3 different activities to choose from, each targeting a different research method used within this project. Each activity can be tailored for age groups from grades 1-8.<\/p>\n
