Anne-Marie Thompson

Following some exciting travel around the world, Anne-Marie will be returning to the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) in her position as Director of Energy, Environment and Resources in January 2016. In this role, she enables collaborations between college and university researchers and those in the private and public sectors to advance solutions to some of Canada’s most exciting challenges. She has been at NSERC since 2009 and has held positions at Environment Canada, Natural Resources Canada and the Department of National Defence since starting her career in 2000.
